These guidelines explain the rules everyone must follow when using ShubhLabh.
Introduction
Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”) runs the ShubhLabh app and this website, https://getshubhlabh.app. These guidelines apply to the app, to the cards and statuses you make with it, and to this website.
By using ShubhLabh, you agree to follow these guidelines along with our Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
Who ShubhLabh is for
ShubhLabh is a Hindu devotional app in Hindi and English. It is only for users aged 18 years and above.
People of every faith are welcome, and every faith must be respected here.
What ShubhLabh is for
ShubhLabh is meant for:
- Darshan in your own mandir, with the bell, diya, flowers, aarti and bhog
- Reading aarti words, and listening to aartis and bhajans
- Counting jaap on a mala
- Rituals such as Jalabhishek for the 12 Jyotirlingas, the akhand diya and Laddoo Gopal seva
- Festival and vrat dates for your city
- Good-morning and festival cards with your name and photo, to share on WhatsApp
- God wallpapers and puja reminders
Put only your own name and photo on a card, or those of someone who has agreed. Send cards only to people who are happy to get them.
What is not allowed
To keep ShubhLabh respectful for everyone, you must not use the app, or anything you make with it, to:
- Show disrespect to any god, goddess, faith, scripture or sacred place
- Misuse pictures of gods and goddesses, for example on vulgar or insulting material, or in advertising
- Share hateful or abusive content based on religion, caste, gender or any other identity
- Threaten, bully or harass anyone
- Share sexual or obscene content, or anything that harms children
- Pretend to be another person, a temple, a priest or any organisation, including ShubhLabh or Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited
- Send spam, such as cards or links to people who did not ask for them
- Do anything that is illegal under Indian law
- Hack, break, copy or reverse-engineer the app, or collect data from it with bots or scripts (scraping)
- Use another person’s account or mobile number without their permission
Reporting a problem
If you see anything that breaks these guidelines, please tell us:

- Complaints: our Grievance Officer
- Emergency: if someone is in danger, call 112 first
We look at every report and reply to emails within 2 working days.
Consequences of breaking these guidelines
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- Give a warning
- Remove the content
- Suspend the account for a time
- Close the account for good
- Report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it
Serious cases, such as content that harms children or threats of violence, can lead to the account being closed at once.
Updates to these guidelines
We may update these guidelines from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with its date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app.
