These terms apply to the ShubhLabh app and this website, https://getshubhlabh.app. Please read them before you use ShubhLabh.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using ShubhLabh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ShubhLabh.

ShubhLabh is run by Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in India.

Description of service

ShubhLabh is a Hindu devotional app for Android, in Hindi and English. It offers:

darshan in your own mandir, with offerings such as the bell, diya, flowers, aarti and bhog
aarti words on screen, bhajans and aarti audio, and a mala counter for jaap
rituals such as Jalabhishek for the 12 Jyotirlingas, akhand diya and Laddoo Gopal seva
a festival and vrat calendar for your city, and reminders
good-morning and festival cards with your name and photo to share, and god wallpapers

ShubhLabh helps you with your daily devotion. Festival dates and ritual steps follow common practice and can differ by region and family tradition.

Eligibility

To use ShubhLabh, you must:

be at least 18 years old
be able to make a binding agreement under Indian law
not be barred from using ShubhLabh by any law

By using ShubhLabh, you confirm that you meet these conditions.

Your account

You can start without signing up and save your things later with your mobile number. You agree to:

give true details and use only a mobile number that is yours
keep your phone and account secure
tell us at support@getshubhlabh.app straight away if someone else uses your account
be responsible for everything done with your account

Acceptable use

ShubhLabh is a place of devotion. Please respect all faiths. You agree not to:

insult or mock any god, saint, sacred place, faith or tradition
harass, threaten or mislead anyone, or spread hate or false news
put another person’s name or photo on a card without their consent
break any law, or share content that is illegal or harmful
copy, change or take apart the app, or get around its security
use bots or automated tools to access ShubhLabh
pretend to be us or anyone else

Paid features

ShubhLabh has no paid features today. If any are added, their terms will be shown in the app, and our Refund Policy will apply.

Intellectual property

The app, this website and their art, recordings, text, design, software, name and logo belong to Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited or its licensors.

We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use ShubhLabh for non-commercial purposes. You may share the cards and wallpapers you make with family and friends. You may not sell our content or use it in any business.

Content you add

Your name and photos stay yours. You allow us to use them only to make your cards and show them to you. Add only names and photos you have the right to use.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we protect it. You can download your data or delete your account in Profile › Settings › Privacy & data, or on our Delete account page.

Disclaimer of warranties

ShubhLabh is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that:

ShubhLabh will always be available or run without mistakes
information in the app, including dates, will always be exact
ShubhLabh will meet your particular needs
prayer, puja, vrat, jaap or any ritual in the app will bring any particular result

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of ShubhLabh, or for problems caused by things outside our control, such as your phone, your network or other apps. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian law that cannot be given up.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chronoseize 42 Tech Private Limited and its directors, employees and agents against any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of ShubhLabh.

Termination

You can stop using ShubhLabh and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or end your access, or remove content, if you break these terms or the law, or to protect others. We may also change, pause or stop any part of ShubhLabh. When your access ends:

your right to use ShubhLabh ends at once
your information is handled as our Privacy Policy explains
the parts of these terms meant to last still apply

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell you about important changes in the app. If you keep using ShubhLabh after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru.
