Delete your ShubhLabh account
You can delete your account and your data at any time.
In the app
Open ShubhLabh and go to Profile › Settings › Privacy & data › Delete account.
Without the app
Write to privacy@getshubhlabh.app from your email address and include the mobile number on your account. We reply within 2 working days.
What happens next
- Your personal information is deleted within 30 days.
- Anonymised totals that cannot identify you may be kept.
- We keep information longer only where the law requires it.
अपना ShubhLabh खाता हटाएँ
आप अपना खाता और अपना डेटा कभी भी हटा सकते हैं।
ऐप में
ShubhLabh खोलें और Profile › Settings › Privacy & data › Delete account पर जाएँ।
बिना ऐप के
अपने ईमेल पते से privacy@getshubhlabh.app पर लिखें और अपने खाते वाला मोबाइल नंबर बताएँ। हम 2 कामकाजी दिनों में जवाब देते हैं।
इसके बाद क्या होता है
- आपकी निजी जानकारी 30 दिनों के अंदर हटा दी जाती है।
- ऐसी कुल गिनती रखी जा सकती है जिससे आपकी पहचान न हो सके।
- जानकारी हम ज़्यादा समय तक तभी रखते हैं जब क़ानून ऐसा माँगे।
